Zachary Sparks, MS, LPC

Founder

Zachary is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 5 years of professional experience. He has worked with teens and adults facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. He is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.

He draws from solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered approaches, tailoring each treatment plan to meet her clients’ unique needs. His mission is to provide compassionate, judgment-free care that fosters growth, healing, and lasting positive change.

Valerie Sparks, MS, LPC, CCTP

Co-founder

Valerie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with over 8 years of experience. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Her approach to therapy centers on creating a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard and understood. She provides individual counseling for children (ages 6 and up), teens, and adults, and is passionate about helping clients build the skills they need to reach their goals and improve their quality of life. Each session with Valerie is tailored to the client’s unique needs, ensuring that the process feels personal, supportive, and aligned with their journey.

Our ideal client is someone who is motivated to seek support but feels overwhelmed by life’s challenges and uncertain about where to turn. Many of our clients struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions that impact their ability to cope day to day.
